The Food

If you’ve ever tried Tajine, you’re probably a fan for life. Tajine, the conical clay cooking pot, is the secret to some of the best Moroccan flavours. The stew of meat and vegetable with spices, sometimes served with lemon and olives, is divine. Couscous is well loved the world over. A tour of the souks is an experience to remember and the food will simply make you want more! Maybe you could pick up a trick or two about Moroccan cuisine with a cooking class perhaps?

The Mediterranean vibe

Morocco’s generous coastline unfurls languidly from the Mediterranean to the Sahara. Naturally, there are some gorgeous beaches and seaside towns to explore – trust us, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Taghazout and Mazagan for surfing, Essaouira is terrific for kite-surfing. Agadir is well known for its beaches. Find Plage-Blanche, an isolated beach in the middle of an ecological park. Sounds inviting!

Desert Treks

There’s something about the vastness of the desert that puts life into perspective. So where to go? The deserted white sands of Plage Blanche and certainly the tallest dunes in the world in Erg Chebbi.
